Base fee:
  • This registration category includes the dental office staff members of pediatric dentists registered for the conference. This includes Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Administrative Staff, Only.

    NOTE: There is a place on the Active Member Registration form for Members of CAPD/ACDP to register their staff. However, if Staff are registering as individuals and paying on their own, then please use this form.

    Registration fee includes the Friday evening Welcome Reception.

    *The Saturday evening President's Dinner is NOT included in this registration category. Staff must be registered and pay for this event at the time of registration at the fees listed below.

    Saturday evening President`s Dinner -$175.00 + GST per person.

    Staff Registration Fee is $440.00 + GST until June 15, 2025 and $560.00 + GST from June 16, 2025 onward.
