Registration

• 1) Active Members of CAPD/ACDP – $250.00
  Active CAPD/ACDP Members may submit a $250.00 (CAD) + GST (Goods and Services Tax) deposit toward the CAPD/ACDP -AAPD Joint Conference in Montreal, Quebec. By submitting this deposit, members will have priority reservation privileges for accommodation at the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal, the Conference headquarters. Registration will formally open in January/February, 2021. Those who deposited will be asked to fill out the complete Conference Registration form and the $250.00 + GST deposit will be credited toward the Conference Registration Fee.///Les membres actifs de l’ACDP/CAPD peuvent verser un acompte de 250 $(CAD), plus TPS (taxe sur les produits et services) en vue du Le congrès conjoint de L'ACPD/CAPD - AAPD, aura lieu à Montréal, Québec. En versant cet acompte, les membres auront droit à la réservation prioritaire de leur hébergement à l’Hôtel Bonaventure Montréal où se tiendra le congrès. Après l’ouverture officielle des inscriptions, en janvier/février 2021, les personnes ayant versé l’acompte seront priées de remplir le formulaire d’inscription au congrès. Cet acompte de 250 $ + TPS sera alors déduit des frais d’inscription au congrès.
• 2) Active Members of AAPD The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry whose primary residence is in the United States – $250.00
  Active AAPD Members whose primary residence is in the United States may submit a $250.00 (CAD -Canadian) + GST (Goods and Services Tax) deposit toward the CAPD/ACDP - AAPD Joint Conference in Montreal, Quebec. By submitting this deposit, AAPD Members will have priority reservation privileges for accommodation at the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal, the Conference headquarters. Registration will formally open in January/February, 2021. Those who deposited will be asked to fill out the complete Conference Registration form and the $250.00 (CAD)+ GST deposit will be credited toward the Conference Registration Fee.
