Base fee:
  • Registration fee includes the Friday and Saturday scientific sessions as well as the Friday evening Welcome Reception at the Longhorn Saloon and the Saturday evening President's Dinner and Dance at the Audain Art Museum. Guests of pediatric dentists registered in this category must register and pay for social events at the time of registration at the fees indicated below. Please note: if you are registering staff, you may do so on this form. You do not need to use the separate Staff Registration Form. The Registration Fee for Active CAPD Members is $725.00 until June 15th, 2020 and then $875.00 from June 16th. ///Les frais d’inscription incluent les séances scientifiques du vendredi et du samedi, ainsi que la réception de bienvenue du vendredi soir au Longhorn Saloon et le dîner du président du samedi soir au Musée d’art Audain. Les dentistes pédiatriques inscrits dans cette catégorie doivent inscrire leurs invités aux activités sociales et payer les frais indiqués ci-dessous au moment de leur propre inscription. Prière de noter que si vous inscrivez des membres de votre personnel, vous pouvez le faire sur le présent formulaire. Il n’est pas nécessaire d’utiliser un formulaire d’inscription distinct pour votre personnel. Les frais d’inscription pour les membres actifs de l’ACDP sont de 725 $ jusqu’au 15 juin 2020 puis augmenteront à 875 $ à compter du 16 juin.

CAPD/ACDP will hold its 2020 Annual Conference in Whistler, B.C.,  where the natural beauty and unique mountain lifestyle offer an escape like nowhere else. Whistler is a four-season destination where visitors are swept up by the wild, fresh air and the unique energy in Whistler Village, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the mountains.  What a location for the 2020 Annual Conference!

13:00 to 17:00 -- Human Simulation - Emergency Management of the Pediatric Dental Patient, conducted by Rick Ritt.  $299.00 plus GST.

13:00 to 17:00 -- Communicating for Success, conducted by Jennifer Campbell.  $120.00 plus GST.

18:00 to 20:00 - Registration Opens

18:00 to 20:00 - Tradeshow tables and displays may be set up


Friday September 25
