Registration

(depends on selected options)

Base fee:
  • This registration category includes the dental office staff members of pediatric dentists registered for the conference.

    NOTE: There is a place on the Active Member Registration form for CAPD Members to register their staff. However if Staff are registering as individuals and paying on their own, then please use this form.

    Registration fee includes the Friday and Saturday scientific sessions and the Friday evening Welcome Reception at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.

    *The Saturday evening President's Gala Dinner and Dance at the Fort Garry Hotel is NOT included in this registration category. Staff must be registered and pay for this event at the time of registration at the fees listed below.

    Saturday evening President`s Gala Dinner and Dance at the Fort Garry Hotel-$150.00 per person.

    Staff Registration Fee is $325.00 until July 31st and $475.00 starting on August 1st.

    NOTE : Il y a un endroit sur le formulaire d’inscription interactif où les membres de l’ACDP/CAPD peuvent ajouter les membres de leur personnel. Par contre, si ceux-ci s’inscrivent à titre individuel et paient eux-mêmes les frais d’inscription, il faut alors utiliser le présent formulaire.

    Les frais d’inscription incluent les séances scientifiques du vendredi et du samedi, ainsi que la réception de bienvenue du vendredi soir au Musée canadien pour les droits de la personne.

    *Le dîner de gala dansant du président du samedi soir à l’hôtel Fort Garry n’est pas inclus dans cette catégorie d’inscription. Les membres du personnel doivent s’inscrire à cette activité et payer les frais indiqués ci-dessous au moment de leur inscription.

    Les frais d’inscription pour les membres du personnel sont de 350 $ jusqu’au 31 juillet et de 475 $ à compter du 1er août.

CAPD/ACDP will hold its 2017 Annual Conference in Winnipeg, Manitoba, a dynamic city on-the-move with a vibrant arts and cultural scene, bike paths, parks and green spaces, a diverse selection of restaurants and a true showcase for contemporary and historical architecture.

Thursday September 14

  • 18:00 to 21:00 - Registration Opens
  • 18:00 to 21:00 - Tradeshow tables and displays may be set up

Friday September 15

  • 07:15 to 08:15 - Breakfast
  • 07:00 to 16:30 - Registration Desk is open
  • 08:15 to 16:30 - Exhibits are open
  • 08:45 to 10:15 - Session with Dr. Chris McCulloch
  • 10:15 to 10:30 - Morning Break 
  • 10:30 to 12:00 - Session with Dr. Jens O. Andreasen
  • 12:00 to 13:15 - Lunch
  • 13:15 to 15:00 - Dr. Andreasen's session continues
  • 15:00 to 15:15 - Afternoon Break
  • 15:15 to 16:30 - Session with Dr. Lee McFadden
  • 18:00 to 21:00 - Welcome Reception at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. 

Saturday September 16

  • 14:00 to 15:15 - Session with Dr. Rodrigo Cunha
  • 15:15 to 15:30 - CPS Speaker, TBA
  • 18:00 to 19:00 - Cocktail Reception
  • 19:00 to 23:59 - President's Gala Dinner and Dance at the Hotel

Accommodation/ Hébergement

The Conference will take place at the Fort Garry Hotel, 222 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba  R3C 0R3

Conference attendees should contact the hotel directly to reserve accommodation at 1-800-665-8088  The Conference Code is 10T9XP.  Please note that the conference room rate is valid until Monday August 14th, subject to room availability.

Single/Double Rate is $159.00 per night plus taxes.There are a very limited number of one bedroom suites available at the $209.00 plus taxes.
