Please note:  As of October 15, 2017 we are in a sold-out situation at the Banff Springs Hotel (However other hotels will be announced shortly)   We will still take deposits for a Wait List at the Banff Springs.  In mid-November we will know if more rooms open at the Banff Springs Hotel (and these will be filled according the date of the Deposit) or we will be able to provide details regarding the other Banff Hotels that CAPD will be using.

Active CAPD/ACDP Members may submit a $250.00 deposit toward the 2018 Annual Conference in Banff, Alberta.  By submitting this deposit, members will have priority reservation privileges for accommodation at the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel, the Conference headquarters. Upon receipt of a special reservation link starting at the end of September 2017, those who deposit may contact the hotel directly to reserve their accommodation.  Then, when registration opens in January 2018, those who deposited will be asked to fill out the complete Conference Registration form.  The $250.00 deposit will be applied toward the Conference Registration Fee.

Les membres actifs CAPD/ACDP peuvent faire un dépôt de $250.00 + taxes pour la réunion annuelle 2018 à Banff. En soumettant ce dépôt, les membres auront droit à une réservation prioritaire pour leur sejour à l’hôtel, site officiel de la réunion. Sur réception d’un lien spécial de réservation, commençant fin septembre 2017, ceux qui ont réservé pourront contacter directement l’hôtel pour réserver leur chambre.

Puis, avec l’ouverture officielle des inscriptions janvier 2018, on demandera à ceux qui ont déjà réservé de compléter le formulaire d’inscription de la réunion. Le dépôt de $250.00 + taxes sera appliqué aux frais d’inscription officielle.
