Active, Associate: Proof of graduation from an accredited post-graduate pediatric dentistry program (a photocopy of your program certificate) as well as the names of two references is required. Student: A letter from the program director confirming enrollment in a post-graduate pediatric program is required.
Annual Dues*: ACTIVE/ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: Dues collected on the 1st of July each year and due NO LATER then August 20th to coincide with AAPD dues collection.
PEDIATRIC DENTISTS IN THE FIRST YEAR OF PRACTICE : FREE
PEDIATIRC DENTISTS IN 2ND AND 3RD YEAR OF PRACTICE: Reduced fees
STUDENT MEMBERSHIP: FREE (while the student is actively enrolled an accredited post-graduate pediatric dentistry program.)
(*Note: Combined CAPD/ACDP/AAPD members: 70% of total dues goes directly to AAPD for membership.)

Available online (Hard copy mailed on request). - The CAPD/ACDP Membership Directory, updated annually - know who and where your colleagues are across Canada, in the United States, or Internationally. Available online in the Members Section. (Hard copy mailed to your office as well). - Reduced rates for the CAPD/ACDP Annual General Meeting. - Reduced rates for membership in the Canadian Pediatric Society (CPS) as an Associate Member of the CPS. - The CAPD/ACDP is represented on the Community and Institutional Dentistry (CID) committee and on the Committee for Specialist Affairs. - The CAPD/ACDP maintains a close, continuous liaison with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) and negotiates attractive AAPD membership rates for CAPD/ACDP members. - The CAPD/ACDP is the recognized voice for pediatric dentistry with the Canadian Dental Association (CDA), through our Executive and through membership in the CDA Journal editorial board.
